Positions Available
- IT Service Technician – Data services technician
for customer systems support role. Assist with day to day planning, sales design,
on going support service IP communications and other data systems. Coordinate with
STS service department and implementation of managed programs to existing and newly
acquired STS Clients.
Must be outgoing, confident, self-motivated, with good verbal communications skills,
have willingness to learn, desire to succeed, desire to help increase business,
with Customer satisfaction as the main focus while providing STS Cost Effective
Solutions and Managed services.
AREA – Position at STS Corporate Offices covering all of STS service area
in Kentucky.
Compensation Package – Negotiable with benefits. Advancement possible for
the right individual. Must have reliable transportation.
- Dispatch-Inside Sales – Service Reception and
Dispatch position with Inside Sales support role. Coordinate daily service issues,
planning future service calls, handle and/or distribute incoming calls. Assist in
the maintenance of STS's close business relationships with our current customer
base. Coordinate service and implementation of managed programs to existing and
newly acquired STS Clients.
